Part-Time Physiotherapist | Flexible Workplace Practice | London, ON Joint Health is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join a new on-site multidisciplinary healthcare program at a large corporate workplace in London. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking to add a few hours to their week, enjoy clinical autonomy, and help shape a growing service. We bring healthcare professionals directly to where people live and work, with an emphasis on one-to-one treatment, clear communication, and practical strategies that help patients move and feel better. The Opportunity You will provide physiotherapy to employees at their workplace, assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions through individualized care. The location offers a private treatment space and access to an on-site gym for exercise and rehabilitation. We are starting with one recurring four-hour block per week. The weekday and time can be arranged around your existing commitments, with potential to expand as demand develops. This is an independent contractor opportunity with a competitive percentage split. Joint Health manages bookings, payments, and administrative coordination, allowing you to focus on patient care. Your Role • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments. • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. • Provide exercise prescription, manual therapy, education, and other interventions within your scope and clinical judgment. • Help patients improve function, manage symptoms, and develop self-management strategies. • Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation. • Collaborate with other practitioners while respecting patient privacy and consent. What We’re Looking For • Current registration for Independent Practice with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. • Professional liability insurance. • Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills. • Confidence providing care independently and managing your own clinical caseload. • Clear, empathetic communication and a commitment to one-to-one, patient-centred care. • Reliability, organization, and an interest in building long-term patient relationships. • One to two years of outpatient or private practice experience preferred. As this is a new program, patient volumes will build over time.
