Direct support professionals assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities to promote independence and community integration. They work collaboratively with families and community partners to foster relationships and support the unique growth of each individual.

Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 or Novice 2 driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory vulnerable sector police check. Preferred qualifications include 3-6 months of experience and post-secondary education in a related field such as developmental services or child and youth work.
