Casual/Relief Support Position (Peel Region ) Program Name - Bayhampton Start Date: ASAP Skills Required: * DSW or SSW or CYS Diploma * Current/Valid G Driver's License * Computer Skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Email, etc. Experience Required: * Behaviour supports * Medical supports * Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports * Community Participation Supports (CPS) * Employment supports * Supports to people interacting with the Criminal Justice System * Supports to people who have a dual diagnosis * Supports to people who don't use words to communicate * Supports to people who experience Autism * Supports to people who experience FASD * Ability Required: * Current NVCI * Current First Aid/CPR * Able to lift 20 lbs. * Able to perform restraints * Able to perform CPR * Able to provide personal care which may include lifting, bending and/or twisting This is a posting for a Casual Direct Support Professional in the community of Peel. The wage for this position is $22.53 per hour. It will be a variety of shifts including days, evenings and alternating weekends to cover call-ins and back-fill shifts.
