Job details

Direct Support Professional - Permanent 16-hour FLEX position. Shifts vary between days, evenings, every other weekend and occasional overnight. Successful candidate will be expected to work in a variety or programs based on the need of the district. The pay range is $24.20-$28.31 hourly. Behavioural Intervention expected. Application must be received by October 14th , 2026 at 4:30PM. Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
