For more information about our centre, please visit: https://kaylaschildrencentre.org/ Role: Educational Assistant Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with children and be able to run a small group Collaboration within the classroom and within the multi-disciplinary team Follow through on protocol given by teachers and other therapy staff Implement behaviour management protocol Record and track data Skills and Qualifications: Effective experience working with a broad variety of learners and children in an educational setting Experience working with children ages 3-15 Have or are pursuing RBT, BCaBA, BST, or ABS (preferred) CPR and crisis prevention certifications (preferred)

Requirements
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students. Previous experience in educational environments or working with special needs populations is considered an asset.
