Sterilization Technician / Floating Dental Assistant (Kenora, ON) Sterilization Technician / Floating Dental Assistant — Permanent Kenora, Ontario | Part-time to full-time hours available Our Kenora dental office is hiring a versatile team member who can move between sterilization, chairside assisting and the front desk. If you like variety in your day and being the person who keeps the office running smoothly, this role is for you. This is a permanent position. What you'll do Process, package and sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization records Flip and set up operatories between patients so the schedule stays on time Assist chairside for general dentistry procedures Cover the front desk as needed — greeting patients, answering the phone, booking and confirming appointments Step in wherever the team needs support on a busy day What we're looking for Comfortable moving between clinical and front-office tasks in the same day Dental experience is an asset; sterilization or dental assisting training is preferred but not required HARP or Level I certification is a bonus — we're open to sponsoring HARP training for the right person Strong customer-service instincts; candidates from retail, hospitality or service backgrounds who want to learn dentistry are welcome Reliable attendance and dependability — this matters more to us than any credential A helpful, drama-free team player What we offer Permanent role with flexible part-time or full-time hours Benefits eligibility On-the-job training and support toward certification for a motivated candidate A collaborative clinical team that genuinely helps each other out A busy two-doctor practice where your work is visible and valued How to apply Please send your resume and a short note about your availability and what interests you about dentistry.
