WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Safely operate Luggage Trucks and Charter Buses in accordance with all company policies and provincial regulations * Provide safe and professional transportation services for charter clients and luggage operations * Comfortable travelling out of town for scheduled charter work * Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness * Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility aids when required * Operate a two-way radio and communicate effectively with dispatch * Maintain accurate fare, trip, and vehicle documentation as required * Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Keolis professionally * Maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for passengers and staff * Report incidents, vehicle defects, safety concerns, and passenger issues promptly * Fuel, wash, and check vehicle fluid levels as required * Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with Provincial legislation and document any defects WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Valid Class 2 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement (Q) or higher * Ability to pass the required enhanced criminal record check and drug & alcohol test * Clean driver's abstract * Ability to work independently and interact professionally with the public, clients, and staff * Physically able to perform all job duties * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: * Previous transit, charter, motorcoach, or passenger transportation experience * Experience providing customer-focused transportation services * Knowledge of Prince Rupert and surrounding areas WHAT WE OFFER: Permanent, Casual | Shifts Available 7 Days a Week | Flexibility with Your Schedule | Charter Work HOURLY RATES * Charter Bus: $30.35/hour * Luggage Truck: $26.00/hour ABOUT KEOLIS Keolis provides mobility to over 3.4 billion passengers annually across 15 countries, operating everything from commuter trains and automated metros to shared bicycles. Requirements
