Provide direct services to clients with mental health needs as part of an interdisciplinary team, maintaining a safe and therapeutic residential environment that supports individual client goals. Build therapeutic relationships with clients and their families or guardians, model positive social and problem-solving skills, manage behaviour, and follow workplace health and safety practices.

Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic planning, deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals, groups, and families, and consult with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases. Provide training and supervision where applicable, while maintaining clinical records, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.
