Part Time Weekend Shift Leader – Whitchurch, Hants RG28 7AD Part-time – Every Sunday. We are looking for part time shift leader to work within our team in Whitchurch, Hampshire. Hours are 08:00 – 17:00 every Sunday, and more shifts available on a ad-hoc basis. Working with us at Kudos is about providing excellent customer service and ensuring everyone who walks in the door feels comfortable and welcomed, whilst enjoying the job you do. Experience in a customer service role and team management would be beneficial, but not essential. If you’ve previously worked in the specialty coffee scene then even better! Who We’re Looking For Members of the Kudos team should be friendly, confident and personable. Above all, you must provide outstanding customer service. As well as keeping the shop clean and tidy at all times, it is just as important that the team are clean and organised. You are literally the face of the business, so your appearance, your attitude and your behaviour must be of the highest standard at all times. Kudos is not just about great tasting coffee, it’s about a fantastic experience. Customers should feel like part of the family and enjoy their whole visit from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. It will be your job to ensure that happens. Duties will include Complete open and close Welcoming customers and taking orders Preparing and serving food and drinks Running table service Clearing of tables and general cleaning Ensuring staff follow processing and complete required jobs liaise with senior management Cashing up Pay £13.40 p/h Final thoughts Whilst getting the job done well is important to us, we also want our staff to enjoy coming to work and provide a fun environment. A uniform will be provided and benefits include free drinks whilst on shift, discounted drinks and food when off shift and free parking.
