The Program Assistant will provide compassionate support to core members in a day program setting while fostering meaningful relationships. Responsibilities also include managing the Ark Store, assisting with personal care, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of members.

Maintain an awake and alert presence overnight to provide personal care and positive behavior support for core members. Perform light-to-medium housekeeping and maintain thorough documentation and communication with the house team.

The House Assistant provides direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, fostering a welcoming home environment and assisting with daily living tasks. They also collaborate with the house team to maintain the home, manage records, and participate in community events.
