Taking on a role as an ambassador while ensuring the company's security is possible! Our Loss Prevention Agents actively contribute to the smooth operation of the stores. They act as resource persones for all staff members. Our Agents hold a stimulating and active role that directly contributes to the company’s performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of people and premises. Act as the first responder in emergency situations. Detect shoplifting. Make arrests in collaboration with police authorities, in accordance with the law and Simons procedures. Write reports and produce identification cards for staff members. Desired Profile: Being an empathetic, caring, and disciplined person. Demonstrating great resourcefulness and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Having relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset. Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying.
