Key Responsibilities • Create a warm, polished welcome for every guest, establishing an elevated and memorable first impression. • Greet and seat guests according to their preferences, presenting menus with professionalism and ease. • Engage guests as they are being seated to highlight daily features, understand dining needs, and communicate key details to the serving team. • Provide accurate explanations of menu items, beverages, and preparation methods when required. • Support the serving team to maintain seamless, attentive service throughout the dining room. • Perform opening and closing responsibilities to ensure the lounge and host stand remain guest ready at all times. • Maintain accurate waitlists, reservations, and seating records to support smooth flow and timely service. • Allocate tables strategically to uphold service excellence, confirming availability through clear communication with server assistants. • Assist Porters and Server Assistants with running food and beverages, resetting tables, and maintaining a steady service rhythm. • Communicate effectively with back of house teams and management to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively. • Stay fully informed about the menu, including allergen details, to provide accurate, confident guidance to guests. • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and all regulatory requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall guest experience. Qualifications • Must be available to work on Friday and Saturday nights until 2:00am • Minimum 1 year of experience in a F&B environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. • A strong commitment to providing refined, memorable guest experiences while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment. • Serving It Right certification. • Ability to obtain a gaming worker license Work Environment Considerations: This role requires standing for extended periods and supporting the operation during non-traditional hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—as part of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high energy, premium dining environment.
