Experienced Card Dealer

Under the direct supervision of the Dealer Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. Key Accountabilities * Deals card games * Maintains the security of the table and its float * Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time * Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager * Verifies chip refills and credits * Tidies workstation and pit area * Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments * Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members * Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations * Performs other duties as assigned or directed. Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain a Gaming License and hold a Serving it Right certification.
