Job summary

Under the direct supervision of the Dealer Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures. Key Accountabilities * Deals card games * Maintains the security of the table and its float * Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time * Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager * Verifies chip refills and credits * Tidies workstation and pit area * Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments * Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members * Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations * Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
