Job Description Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time File Maintenance Clerk (24-39 hours/week) at our Food Store location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Perform end-of-day cash-ups, deposits, and required paperwork to support accurate accounting functions. Maintain accurate pricing in the point-of-sale system and across the store by entering new prices, updating signage, and correcting discrepancies. Perform fuel pump reconciliations by checking balances in Vista, investigating discrepancies, and documenting findings. Assist on the sales floor by serving guests, stocking products, and facing shelves. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and Customer Service and meet the following: Possess a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; customer service and file maintenance experience are considered assets. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs, with strong data entry skills and point-of-sale system experience. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels. Well-organized and capable of a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision. Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and proud of the work that you do. Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as working in an office environment, lifting of 25-50lbs, standing, walking, and kneeling. Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
