Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Serve guests, stock products, face shelves, and perform cart retrieval as needed. Receive supplier shipments and products while adhering to Food Safe and asset protection procedures. Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO). Maintain a clean department by tidying shelves, bins, displays, breakages, and spills, and keeping aisles free of debris. Serve guests, stock products, face shelves, and perform cart retrieval as needed. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties, as assigned.
