You will combine administrative skills with experience delivering outstanding customer service. About the Role Provide professional support to customers by phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Process and manage customer order, invoices, returns, and refunds. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems. Assist with general office responsibilities, including filing, data entry, and reconciliations. Prepare reports and other administrative documents. Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and customer service strategies. About You High school diploma required, additional education or certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook) Experience in a customer service and administrative role Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests Proficiency in establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction Experience documenting customer issues in detail The ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs (18 kgs). Hours available to casual employees will depend on the operational requirements of the department and are scheduled in accordance with the Collective Agreement based on an employee’s seniority and availability. This job is part of a union, requiring payment of union dues, which is currently 1.35% of your gross earnings.
