The successful candidate will posses the ability to perform ergonomic assessment, POET’s, work hardening and facilitating FCE’s. Lifemark Collingwood Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre 10 Keith Avenue, Collingwood, ON, L9Y 0W5 Permanent Part-Time Up to 25 hours per week In this role you will: • Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist • Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs • Perform biweekly reassessment of client progress through functional testing • Record functional and subjective findings in client charts on a regular basis • Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals • Conduct group orientation and education lectures and regular one-on-one education to clients • Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge • Ensure return to work plans with client and employer have been made and documented in the client chart Qualifications: • Graduate of university Kinesiology degree program • 2+ years of experience considered an asset • Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists is required Ready to make a difference? The Kinesiologist will perform biomechanical and functional assessments while designing and supervising exercise and work-hardening programs. They will also document client progress and collaborate with physiotherapists to facilitate return-to-work plans.

Candidates must hold a university degree in Kinesiology and be registered with the appropriate provincial governing body. While not mandatory, two or more years of experience is considered an asset.
