**Department** Music Lessons **Hours** Part-time **Availability Required** Weekdays, Weeknights & Weekends **Location** 3404 5 Avenue NE Calgary East, AB **Job Description** - Register and schedule students - Answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers - Receive lesson payments and assist with the collection of overdue accounts - Assist the Lessons Coordinator in updating student records - Assist the Lessons Coordinator with commission report reconciliation - Assist with recitals **Job Requirements** - Minimum one year of instrumental music studies in school or through private lessons - Basic knowledge of musical instruments - Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends - Strong customer service skills - Good communication and phone skills - Good computer skills - Basic office and clerical skills
