Now we're searching for an Editor Extraordinaire to join our constellation of word nerds and help every piece of copy we touch glow a little brighter. 🌟 What You'll Be Doing Dissecting and reassembling sentences like a literary Frankenstein (but way more ethical) Hunting typos, grammar gremlins, and style snafus with the tenacity of a bloodhound who's nose never fails Editing for brand voice — every client sounds different, and you'll learn each of our client brands inside and out so their content always sounds unmistakably them (never like us, and never like AI slop) Collaborating with our bright team of copywriters, designers, and strategists to make sure our creative work makes sense, sounds fabulous, and looks fabulous-er Casting your editorial glow over blog posts, social media content, ad copy, email campaigns, and more Serving as our in-house word doctor, diagnosing and curing clunky copy and convoluted concepts Who You Are A grammar guru with an eagle eye for errors and an insatiable appetite for improvement A seasoned editor with 3+ years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or similarly luminous realm A brand-voice chameleon: you can absorb a style guide, internalize a brand's personality, and edit so seamlessly that your keen eye will compliment every writer you work with Adept at following and enforcing style guides — while knowing exactly when to break the rules for the sake of great creative A pop culture aficionado who can slip in a meme reference, pun, or clever quip to make content sparkle A fantastic communicator who delivers constructive feedback with kindness, wit, and a touch of panache Native-level proficiency in English — polishing every clients' voice demands nothing less Located in Canada or the USA — this role is fully remote, but you must be based in one of these two countries Proficient in AP Style (bonus points if you know the difference between an en dash and an em dash!) What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising and possess native-level English proficiency. They must be based in Canada or the USA and be proficient in AP Style.
