Job summary
Role Description The Responsable Connexions Et Partenariats is a part-time, on-site role based in Estrie, QC. The role focuses on identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships that support MagConnect app’s growth and community impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential partners, presenting collaboration opportunities, negotiating partnership terms, and managing ongoing partner relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product, marketing, and community objectives, tracking performance of partnerships, and preparing concise reports and recommendations. The person in this role will represent MagConnect app in local events and meetings, ensuring professional, inclusive, and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Strong partnership-building skills, including experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with the ability to identify mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities. Solid Account Management capabilities to maintain and grow partner relationships, oversee agreements, and ensure commitments are delivered on time. Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, to present ideas clearly, facilitate meetings, and build trust with partners and internal teams. Robust Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, interpret data, and make recommendations to optimize collaboration and impact. Experience in stakeholder management, business development, or community engagement is an asset. Comfort working on-site in Estrie, QC, with the ability to travel locally for meetings and events as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects part-time. Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools; familiarity with apps or digital platforms is an advantage. Ability to work inclusively with diverse partners and communities, demonstrating respect, professionalism, and confidentiality.
