Lead daily programs and provide companionship, personal care, and dining assistance to Members, helping them feel welcome, comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. Maintain Members’ safety, dignity, hydration, and well-being while completing housekeeping tasks, communicating with the team, and addressing concerns appropriately.
