Mercato di Luigi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead evening service in the Cantina. This role is centered around *Friday* and *Saturday* dinner service only, where you?ll act as both Maître d? and Server?welcoming guests, leading the flow of service, managing the room, and delivering warm and thoughtful hospitality.
