Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving state-of-the-art large language models. Create high-quality data by developing difficult problems in your domain to inform the future of AI innovation. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model reasoning and outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. Provide structured feedback to elevate training data quality and downstream performance. Qualifications Must-Have PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine / Healthcare, Statistics and Data Science, AI / ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
