Line Cook – Full-Time & Part-Time Location: Halifax Opening July 2026 – Cook up something fresh! We’re looking for passionate Line Cooks to help bring our kitchen to life. What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and cooking seafood dishes with precision and care, including fish cutting, processing, portioning, and presentation Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and quality control Operating knives, saws, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knife sharpening and basic equipment maintenance Supporting prep, plating, and service during busy periods while ensuring efficient kitchen operations Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a collaborative work environment Bringing creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to every dish What We’re Looking For: Experience in a kitchen environment (professional or personal—we value passion!)
