Job details

Behind every great restaurant is a team that has its back. At MigMig, that team is you. Running a restaurant is one of the hardest jobs there is. Owners juggle staff, suppliers, kitchens, and customers, often all before noon. MigMig brings everything they need into one platform: online ordering, table QR ordering and payment, reservations, a point-of-sale register, a kitchen display system, menu management, and a branded website. Great software is only half the story. The other half is the person who walks an owner through it, earns their trust, and helps them grow. We're looking for that person. As our Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the first voice our partners hear and the one they come back to. You'll bring new businesses onto MigMig, guide them from signup to their first live order, and stay with them as they grow. You won't just answer questions. You'll shape how every new business feels about MigMig. What you'll own Grow the MigMig community Find and connect with restaurants, cafés, and food businesses that would benefit from MigMig, from both inbound interest and your own outreach Turn conversations into partnerships by understanding each owner's goals and showing how MigMig fits them Deliver a first-class launch Set up each new business carefully, including their profile, menu, taxes, hours, payments, and team, so it's right from day one Lead onboarding sessions that take owners from "just signed up" to "first order received" with confidence Train owners and their staff on the tools they'll use every day, adapted to how their business actually runs Be a trusted partner Act as the main contact for your businesses, quickly, warmly, and professionally, by phone, email, and chat Check in regularly after launch to find new ways each business can get more from MigMig, such as adding reservations, switching on QR ordering, or improving their online menu Resolve issues yourself when you can, and pass technical cases to our product team with clear, complete context Shape what comes next Be the voice of our partners inside MigMig, bringing their feedback, ideas, and pain points back to the team Help build the guides, FAQs, and onboarding playbooks that make each new launch smoother than the last What success looks like First 30 days: You know MigMig inside out, you've shadowed onboardings, and you've led your first launches. First 60 days: You're managing your own group of businesses and bringing in new partners yourself. First 90 days: Owners ask for you by name. Your businesses are live, active, and using more of the platform each month, and your ideas are already improving how we onboard. Why you'll love it here Your work has a real, visible impact on small businesses in their communities You'll join early, so your ideas shape how a growing platform treats its partners
