As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class customer service by ensuring a seamless shopping experience from the moment customers enter the store. Qualifications and Skills: Customer service Teamwork Problem-solving Communication Accountability and dependability Ethics and integrity Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and promptly upon entry, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges. Product Expertise: Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products. Stay updated on new products and their features through Vendor and product knowledge training sessions. Sales Objectives: Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team. Promotions and Inventory: Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices. Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management. Store Maintenance: Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment. Keep checkout work areas clean, tidy, and clutter-free. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.
