Position Summary The Dental Assistant is responsible for the following scope of practice under the supervision of the Dentist; impressions, sealants, prophylaxis (polishing), scaling (if certified), x-rays, fluoride varnish, placing topical anesthetic, placing liners and oral health promotion for all clients.
