Part Time Delivery Driver

As a part of our growth, PGW Auto Glass, a leader in the Auto Glass industry with over 100 years’ experience, is looking for a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Delivery Driver. PGW has over 160 warehouses throughout the United States and Canada. The Delivery Driver must have an excellent driving record. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for operating a Company vehicle to deliver product to customers. Essential Job Duties: * Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner. * Physically loads Company truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest and other paperwork associated with the deliveries to be made. * Drives to the delivery destination, confirms order with customer, unloads and verifies product, obtains confirmation signature and payment from customer. * Makes proper notations on the manifest and provides receipts on parts being returned from customers to the branch. * Picks up buy out purchase orders from vendors on vendor "fill in" purchase orders and delivers parts back to the branch or customer. * Collects COD payments, as necessary. * Works in such a manner as to prevent shortages and damage to products. * Complies with established Company policies and procedures. * Must be able to life 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 75lbs occasionally * Assumes other duties as assigned.

The Delivery Driver will operate a company vehicle to safely deliver products to customers, which includes physically loading the truck, verifying manifests, and ensuring correct product delivery and signature confirmation. Responsibilities also involve handling returns, collecting COD payments when necessary, and maintaining accurate paperwork for all transactions.

Candidates must possess an excellent driving record and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, specifically lifting 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Adherence to established company policies and procedures is mandatory for this role.
