The job involves: Preparing all dishes from raw to finished state Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs Rotating stock, receiving orders and storing product Ensuring proper safe food handling and sanitation procedures; maintaining a clean and organized work station Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, move equipment and other items as needed Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation Flexibility to support a food operation that never closes, working holidays and weekends, afternoon and/or midnight shifts The ideal candidate has: Minimum 2 - 3 years Asian cuisine experience; comfortable using Asian Cooking Wok Black box testing successfully completed Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin (verbal and written) Food Safe Handling certificate Strong knife handling skills Excellent guest service skills We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. The Noodle Bar Cook is responsible for preparing dishes from raw to finished state while ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation. They must also provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining an organized work station in a high-volume environment.

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in Asian cuisine and be proficient in using a wok. Additionally, the role requires fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, along with a valid Food Safe Handling certificate.
