As a Customer Service Government Representative, you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team! Your position in a glimpse: * Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance; * Kindly assist people by: * Validating their identity through video calls; * Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes; * Directing them to another service, if needed. * Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality. Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English and available to work a flexible schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and the ability to work on-site in Moncton are mandatory.
