About the Role: Our Conversion Team supports the staging of events, including configurations such as hockey games, live entertainment, and other novel & unique events, etc. Be a part of the behind-the-scenes transitions of a multi-purpose, state of the art facility – Rogers Place! Core Responsibilities and Duties: * Work within established operating procedures for facility maintenance and event conversions, which are customized to the specific needs of the facility or event * Completes Computerized Maintenance Management System, (CMMS) records * Support full time, part time and contract maintenance staff * Executes event conversions and building transitions * Assist in the development and safe implementation of SOP’s Education, Experience and Skills: * High school or technical school diploma or combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities * 3-5 years of experience in a multi-use facility is an asset * A committed pro-active approach to upholding the Rogers Place guest experience philosophy * Ability to problem solve in high-pressure situations * Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions * Ability to perform physical/manual labor for extended periods of time (including lifting up to 50lbs, repetitive tasks) * Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age * Successful candidates will be required to possess their own steel-toed boots (all other PPE will be provided) * Demonstrated knowledge of sports and/or live entertainment facility operation is required * Must be available for overnight shifts, as approximately 75% of the shifts take place overnight * Available on “on-call” basis during off hours for emergency situations Next Steps: Thank you for your interest in joining our team! The Conversion Technician supports the staging of events by executing building transitions and facility configurations. They are responsible for maintaining CMMS records and assisting with the implementation of standard operating procedures.

Candidates must have a high school or technical diploma and 3-5 years of experience in a multi-use facility. The role requires the ability to perform physical labor, work overnight shifts, and possess steel-toed boots.
