Alberta 75 in SE Calgary is one of the largest Housing Cooperatives in the Province of Alberta. As a part-time Office Administrator, you would be a vital part of our team.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cooperative; working with the members who live there, the Board, staff and vendors.
Required qualifications: experience in condo and or residential property management is an asset. Strong time management and organization skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Also required is an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should demonstrate a mature, positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: answering phones, accounts payable, housing charge processing, application processing, creating work orders, typing notices to enter units. Accurate data entry skills required.
Hourly wage plus benefits. No Saturdays or Sundays.
