Dicom – GLS is looking for an agent for our call center. The chosen candidate will have a mandate to meet the needs of customers, and this, by offering an exceptional experience through a high quality service.


  • Greet the customer warmly and professionally;
  • Identify and understand the needs of the clientele;
  • Take the necessary steps to solve the problem or request (order taking and search packages);
  • Full support of the call;
  • Establish a relationship of trust with customers to increase the level of satisfaction;
  • Communicate with the various actors of the company; drivers, dispatchers, warehouse, supervisors, sales, priority parcels;
  • Respond to requests by phone, email and chat;
  • Promote and offer the different products and services that meet the needs of customers;
  • Perform other related tasks.

  • Monday to Friday ( Possibility: Part-time)
