What you will actually be doing?

  • Ensuring your team delivers an outstanding DAVIDsTEA Experience, while providing the highest level of customer service through coaching regularly and promoting a positive and fun atmosphere.
  • Leading by example through educating customers about the world of tea, DAVIDsTEA blends, products and accessories
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and delegate effectively to meet daily/weekly deadlines and KPIs
  • Closely collaborating with the Store Manager to develop store-specific strategies, meet sales targets and achieve profitability by controlling costs (labour, supplies, inventory etc.)
  • Developing yourself and your potential to grow within the company—the sky’s the limit!
