If you?re the type of practitioner who: * Thinks beyond protocols and cookie-cutter rehab plans * Loves solving complex movement problems * Builds trust quickly with patients * Thrives in a collaborative team environment * Is passionate about movement, sports rehab, performance, or active care? ?we?d love to meet you. *Why Join Osteoathletic?* Our modern, state-of-the-art clinic offers everything you need to grow a successful practice, including: * Established in-house and external referral network * Flexible scheduling (minimum 2 shifts/week, including Saturdays) * Competitive percentage split compensation * Full administrative support and online booking * Spacious private treatment rooms with hydraulic tables * In-house marketing and website support * Positive, collaborative team culture * No WSIB or MVA claims * Opportunity to join an award-winning, rapidly growing clinic *What We?re Looking For Required Qualifications:* * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario * Strong manual therapy and assessment skills * Experience treating orthopaedic and sports-related conditions * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Patient-first approach with excellent clinical reasoning * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * Appreciation for integrated care alongside osteopathy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and rehabilitation *Bonus Points If You Have:* * Commitment to continuing education and professional growth * Specialized training or a clinical interest in areas such as sports rehabilitation, movement therapy, scoliosis (Schroth), concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, return-to-sport, or other advanced treatment approaches * Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic *Position Details* * Independent Contractor Position * Minimum availability: 2 half or full days per week + Saturdays * Part-time with strong opportunity for growth If you?re looking for a clinic where you can grow, collaborate, and genuinely make an impact ? while working alongside a passionate team that values high-quality care ? we?d love to hear from you.
