We are looking for an engaging, student-focused instructor to join our Early Childhood Education team. You’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge, ignite curiosity, and help future ECEs develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed. Requirements What You Bring! • A diploma or degree from a recognized program in Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, Bachelor of Education, or a related field • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience working with children or youth in daycare or school settings.(Asset) • Familiarity with the New Brunswick Early Childhood Curriculum Framework • A strong sense of independence, accountability, and a proactive mindset • Flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative teaching environment • A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current in your field • Experience working with children and youth with exceptionalities (Asset) Benefits Why Oulton? What you’ll do

The instructor will deliver engaging, student-focused lessons to help future childcare professionals develop necessary skills and confidence. They will contribute to a collaborative teaching environment while fostering curiosity and professional growth in students.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in daycare or school settings is required.
