Georgian Animal Hospital in Parry Sound is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we’re looking for a Medical Director who wants to be part of building something meaningful. This is not a “maintenance” leadership role. It’s a unique blend of long-standing local relationships and newer team members who are excited about where the clinic is heading. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being fully embedded in day-to-day clinical practice while also leading by example to guide standards, mentorship, and team development. This role is ideal for a leader who values spectrum of care medicine, enjoys building structure where needed, and is energized by helping both patients and people thrive. Scheduling is flexible (16–36 hours per week depending on preference), with the goal of supporting both clinical impact and sustainable work-life balance.
