Specifics about the role: Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 8-24 hours a week (clinic operates 7 days a week, until 9 pm Mon–Fri and until 6 pm on weekends) Wage range: $20-23/hour, depending on the candidate's experience What Makes Lincoln Dental Different? A modern, fully equipped clinic designed for efficiency and patient comfort Part of the Anytime Dental Group—focused on accessible, flexible care (including evenings and weekends) A steady, diverse patient flow with a wide range of procedures A collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunities to grow within a larger network of clinics What You’ll Be Doing Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with IPAC standards Support a wide range of procedures including restorative, extractions, endodontics, and surgical treatments Take X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Support front desk coordination as needed, including scheduling and patient communication Contribute to a positive, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment What You Bring 1+ year of Dental Assisting experience (preferred) HARP certification Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and patient-focused Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic A team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule Comfort with dental software and digital workflows Nice to have: CPR certification Experience with digital scanning (e.g., iTero) IPAC and WHMIS certification You’re Also Someone Who: Brings a positive, dependable presence to the clinic Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Takes pride in supporting both patient experience and clinical excellence Is adaptable and enjoys variety in day-to-day work About Us At Lincoln Dental Care, we’re proud to be part of Passion Dental Group—a team that’s reimagining what dental care can feel like for both patients and team members.
