The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and educating them about products. The role involves working both individually and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have proven experience in a sales or customer service role and be comfortable handling cash and using a POS system. A passion for the cannabis industry and the ability to manage customer complaints are also essential.
