The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service by educating and guiding customers on cannabis products. They must maintain store satisfaction while working toward individual and team goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates need proven experience in sales or guest services, including proficiency with POS systems and cash handling. The role requires a patient, results-driven approach to customer service and complaint resolution.
