Supply Chain Clerk Ottawa, ON, Canada $23.50/hour Part-Time - 20 hours/week ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to support day-to-day inventory, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations This is a hands-on role that combines administrative work with warehouse activities. You’ll help keep inventory accurate, coordinate with vendors, track shipments, prepare materials, and ensure supplies are available when needed If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, working with systems, and keeping operations moving, this could be a great fit WHAT YOU'LL DO: Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) Communicate with vendors and follow up on delivery schedules Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages Pick and stage materials for outgoing orders Help organize and maintain an efficient stockroom Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams Follow all required health, safety, and environmental procedures WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: At least 1+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations Experience with Microsoft Office. Must have basic Excel skills, including the ability to use basic formulas in cells to add, subtract, and calculate sums Experience using an ERP or inventory management system; Experience with NetSuite is a huge plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams Able to work between an office environment and warehouse/stockroom Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety footwear and a safety vest High school diploma or equivalent required Education or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus WHY CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY?
