Responsibilities Provides direct patient care Provides accurate, detailed, and timely documentation Conducts ongoing assessments Prepares, administers and appropriately documents actions taken specific to medications Performs all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions Qualifications Current certificate of competence and good standing Certified in CPR Strong clinical skills Negative TB test or chest x-ray Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Excellent customer service skills Must be a licensed nurse in BC Must have a vehicle

What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed nurse in BC with a current certificate of competence and CPR certification. A valid vehicle and a negative TB test or chest x-ray are also required.
