Responsibilities * Assistance with personal care and hygiene * Meal Preparation * Light Housekeeping * Dog care * Accompany clients on outings * Shopping and errands * Medication Assist/ Reminders * Ambulation and transporting of clients * Provide companionship to clients * Ability to follow care-plan * Documentation/Charting Qualifications * Personal Support Worker Certificate * Minimum 3 years of experience in home care setting * Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Ability to travel around location territory with own vehicle * Access to Internet/mobile phone
