Job Summary We are looking for a reliable PSW to cover a long-term Sunday shift from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for a client located near Avenue Rd & Lawrence in North York. This is a consistent, long-term opportunity, and we are looking for someone who can commit to every Sunday for a minimum of 6 months. There is also opportunities to pick up additional shifts with other clients on other days if you’re interested. Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening care routines. Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands. Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks. Follow and update care plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and charting. Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity. Qualifications Personal Support Worker Certificate Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one. Negative TB test or chest X-ray. Reliable internet access and a mobile phone. Why Choose Us?
