Rainbow started in 1985 as a family-led greenhouse guided by the Vander Waal's commitment to quality, relationships, and long-term growth. We produce ornamental annuals, perennials, tropical foliage, indoor flowering plants, vegetable starters, and cut flowers on a commercial scale, using advanced systems across every stage of production. Spanning more than five million square feet of growing space in British Columbia and Alberta, our teams combine decades of horticultural expertise with precision systems that emphasize efficiency and deliver consistent results at scale. We continue to innovate through automation, fertigation, and integrated pest management practices. These advancements help us support our teams, protect resources, and deliver high-quality plants year-round.
