Collections Account Manager- 12 Month Contract - Bilingual (French/English Speaking)

The Collections Account Manager is responsible for collecting outstanding balances on various Ritchie Brothers platforms, and monitoring and providing timely and effective resolutions to outstanding accounts. Candidates must have 5 years of collections experience in auto loans, commercial collections, or financial institutions. Fluency in both French and English is required along with strong communication and probing skills.
