From the kitchen to the floor, we believe in *teamwork, learning, and positive energy.* As a Cook & Prep team member, you?ll be responsible for: * Preparing and maintaining food quality to RE:GRUB standards * Managing weekly prep & keeping areas stocked and clean * Following daily checklists, monitoring inventory, and reporting shortages * Providing an excellent customer experience through speed, quality & energy * Supporting sales through upselling & encouraging repeat guests * Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness & food safety * Reporting any equipment or maintenance issues * Handling customer concerns with professionalism and positivity What We?re Looking For * Strong teamwork and responsibility * Ability to handle a *fast-paced environment* * Self-starter with willingness to learn * PASSION + COMMITMENT + RELIABILITY Why Join RE:GRUB?
