Tim Baker (Broker/Owner) is seeking a Showhome Host to support our sales team and deliver the high level of customer service our builder expects. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an outgoing team member to represent Victory Homes. This part-time role is suited for someone motivated to grow and contribute to our company?s success. Responsibilities and Required Skills: · Provide excellent customer service· Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication· Represent Victory Homes professionally to ensure a positive homeowner experience· Build relationships, identify leads, and set appointments· Share information about our company, communities, and products· Demonstrate integrity and professionalism· Work independently and as part of a team· Track and log prospective clients, sales centre traffic, and updates· Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation required Assets: · Professional appearance and demeanor· Positive, energetic attitude· Willingness to learn and grow· Strong integrity· Team player· Commitment to excellent customer experience Availability includes evenings and weekends, aligned with showhome hours: 3:00 PM?8:00 PM Monday?Thursday and 12:00 PM?5:00 PM Saturday?Sunday.
