Job summary
Pay: From CA$17.60 per hour Job description: Red Rooster Golf is hiring a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate in Ottawa, ON. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping online orders with high accuracy while following strict order processing standards. The role could also expand to include providing responses to customer inquiries on an as needed/backup basis. You will document orders, use labels and pick slips, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided. Must have a vehicle. Strong knowledge of golf is an asset. Work hours are approximately 6 hours/day (daytime hours) Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 18-21 hours per week but may fluctuate based on order demand. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack and ship online orders Follow order-processing and quality-control procedures Prepare shipping labels and organize pick slips Document and update order information Verify products, quantities and shipping details before dispatch Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse Monitor packing and shipping supply levels Assist with receiving and organizing inventory as needed Deliver packages to the post office. Occasionally respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat Help resolve basic order and shipping issues Support the team during busy periods Skills & Requirements Strong attention to detail Highly organized and dependable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to follow detailed processes and instructions Problem-solving skills Customer-service experience is an asset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Able to stand for extended periods and lift packages as required Drop off packages at local post office/UPS Must have a vehicle.
