RHM has been providing management and consulting services to the long term care sector since 1984. As an operator and management organization with extensive experience and a successful track record, RHM is often called upon to assist other owners and operators to improve operating performance, achieve elevated levels of compliance, and build a foundation of operational excellence and efficiency for sustainable operations into the future. This team currently manages fifteen (15) long term care homes and one (1) retirement home, located across Ontario. In addition, RHM provides financial management and clinical consulting services to additional long term care homes.

Part-Time Program Aide Day Shift

The Program Aide plans, implements, and evaluates recreational programs and special events to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including care plans, participation tracking, and assessments.

Casual Registered Practical Nurse

On-site · Belle River

The Registered Practical Nurse provides clinical leadership and person-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include completing assessments, managing medication administration, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Community Connections Coordinator

On-site · Ottawa

The coordinator provides reception, telephone, and clerical support to clients and staff within the residence. Key duties include managing supplies, assisting with billing and recruitment, and supporting the production of home communiqués.

Registered Practical Nurse

On-site · Leamington

The RPN provides safe, person-centered clinical care and leadership to residents while coordinating nursing delivery and assessments. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and ensure compliance with long-term care legislation and CNO standards.

Program Aide - Part-Time

On-site · Leamington

The Program Aide plans and implements creative recreational programs and special events to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, conducting assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Personal Support Worker - Days

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents while promoting their independence. Monitor resident wellbeing, document care in electronic health records, and report status changes to registered staff.
